FAQ
1) Audio won’t play
- Turn off Silent Mode and raise media volume.
- If using Bluetooth, confirm it’s connected and volume is set correctly.
2) How do I reset my progress?
- In the app: Settings → Clear Data.
- Or uninstall and reinstall the app (this clears local data).
3) Do you upload my learning data?
No. Learning progress is stored locally on your device by default. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Troubleshooting
- If the app appears blank on first launch, check that your device has internet access at least once (some web resources may load from a CDN).
- If you see a crash or freeze, send us the steps to reproduce and a screen recording.
